Creative Support is a national, fast growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are currently looking to add a Support Coordinator to The Birch Lane Project in Longsight, Manchester.We are looking for an experienced practitioner to work with people with mental health needs at The Birch Lane Project in Longsight.
