Senior Air Conditioning Engineer£42,000-£45,000 + OvertimeHeathrowMonday - Friday / 8 - 5Our biggest and longest standing client has had an increase on their current team so a new opportunity has opened up for a Air Conditioning Engineer wanting to get into the biggest FM company in Europe.This position is joining part of a large team working at Heathrow airport on hangers and terminals, the team is made up of a variety of different engineers, but we need a senior engineer to help guide the team.Responsibilities:

Senior Air Conditioning Engineer
Monday to Friday - 8AM / 5PM
£45K

Job specific accountabilities:

Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works
Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building services
Carry out all reactive breakdowns and services.
Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair
Undertake any other tasks that may arise from time to time

Qualifications / Experience:

NVQ level 2/ 3 or equivalent Air Conditioning, Heating and Ventilation
F-Gas
18th Edition (Desirable)
Good knowledge of building services
Experience of engineering services maintenance
Excellent team working, customer care and problem solving capabilities
