This company is a fast growing Cleaning and Maintenance company with a customer portfolio and services they can offer are forever growing Responsibilities:- Printing, sorting and distributing purchase invoices- Scanning and naming of purchase invoices- Inputting invoices to Sage - Filing/Shredding- Monthly reconciliation against supplier statements- Dealing with account queries - Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details- Preparing supplier invoices for monthly payment run- Providing some assistance to the Sales Ledger team when necessary- Editing and sending sales invoices to clients- Assistance with credit controlSystems Used:- Sage L50- Credit Hound- Excel- Completed A-Levels or GCSEs- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook- Excellent attention to detail, reliable and hard working- Able to work well within a team and help other team members when neededAAT training may be provided in due course to the right candidateAt the moment they are a rural location but expect to move into larger offices in the next 1-2 years ,so car ownership essential
