There are 129 pupils on roll.We are seeking a dynamic Deputy Head Teacher, who shows vision and conviction, setting high expectations focussing on improving teacher, learning and pupil outcomes.The candidate should have leadership and management experience, ideally within a special school SEMH setting, have a thorough knowledge of the curriculum, be creative and resourceful. The school currently has approximately 129 on roll between the age of 5 and 16 with a wide range of needs including communication and interaction difficulties as well as behavioural, social and mental health needs. we also provide an Alternative Curriculum Provision for 18 KS4 pupils, providing tutoring both on and off site.Our staff work closely with pupils to create an ethos of care, respect and success.
