We will support you along your career path to learn, develop and grow.The roleWe deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in shared supported living properties and individual tenancies.You will be required to support 6 service users in a small care home. The service users have profound learning and physical disabilities and require support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care moving and assisting with the use of aids and administering medication. You will be required to keep accurate records, havedecisionmaking skills and working as part of a team.You will plan and organise activites within the home and in the wider commuity. Most of the service users require wheelschairs so youmust have alevel of fitness to be able to support them out in the community. A driver is preferred as the service has a specially adapted minibus for outings andtaking service users to appointments.Previous experience is desirable for this position althoughfull training will be provided.An enhanced PVG is required for this role.Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities.
