SF are currently working with an insurance company based in Long Eaton who have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. Salary up to £34K Hybrid working 2/3 days at home Flexible working hours Study support Discounts on a number of well-known brands Friendly and supportive team 25 holidays + Bank Holidays Job Duties: Prepare Management Accounts Accruals & Prepayments Maintain Cashflow Forecast To produce settlements for insurer balances and investigate any discrepancies with Insurance Handlers To ensure all processes follow the firms Practices and Procedures manual and all customers are treated fairly in all transactions. Answer and respond to incoming telephone calls, emails, faxes, taking full messages as required and referring to Advisers as appropriate To review on a daily basis loan processing and arrears with external finance provider and liaise with Insurance Handlers Credit Control Petty Cash To be responsible for the monitoring of client payments via outsourced third-party finance providers and liaising with Insurance Handlers To oversee the settlement of insurer accounts in line with agreed Insurer Terms of Business
