The Role:

Management, development and coaching of a team of 15
Development of Finance team to ensure they deliver top-tier service to the business.
Providing accurate and timely financial reports, including month-end accounts, to the SSCs stakeholders.
• Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness in balance sheet reconciliations.
Maintaining robust process controls while driving improvements within the teams operations.
Cultivating and sustaining effective relationships with operational teams, as well as other SSC and group functions.
