HR Advisor| Remote working | Permanent | £35,000 - £40,000Cherry professional arepleasedto be working on a remote HR Advisor role within an exciting, fast paced industry where you will be working with the Senior HR Business Partners andact as a critical friend, strategic partner and change agent to support the Senior HRBPs to drive the creation, development and implementation of the people dimensions of the business strategy for your business area.Are you looking to build strong relationshipswithsenior managers Within this role you will be able to work closely with senior managers foryour business function in order to implement a people agenda as defined by the Senior HRBPs that closely supports the overall aims of the organisation. You will support the Senior HRBPs to provide organisational development, change management expertise and a value-adding partnership to the business function and diagnose criticalissues affecting the business function, preventing or blocking them achieving their aims/strategic goals. You will also work with Senior HRBPsto facilitate change and culture initiatives, build relationships with the Unions and work with the Employee Engagement team to review comments, queries and questions raised, highlighting any key trends to Senior HRBPs. Alongside the above you will identify training needs, develop and deliver training solutions, particularly around management capability and support the Senior HRBPs to drive the talent agenda, working closely with the Talent Centre of Excellence to develop and implement sustainable talent and succession plans. Fostering strong working relationships and has the ability to influence. Substantial experience in HR through progressively more responsible positions covering all HR generalist HR areas. It would be great if you are CIPD Level 7 or equivalent recognised qualification/ degree in related subject, however, we can also consider CIPD Level 5.This is a fantastic role, extremely interesting and you will have the opportunity to beinvolved in multiple projects/agendasacross all areas of HR.
