Job Description

Shift Patterns: DaysPAYE Rate: £9phHours: Between 7:00AM-5:30PMIgloo have a fantastic opportunity for a team of Yard administrators to join an already established and busy automotive business, this role will offer the team of administrators an excellent opportunity to work within a large UK company who have operations across the country. We are currently looking for two Yard Administrators to work onsite at Long Bennington.

  • Monitor all vehicle arrivals and record any shortages
  • Update the in-house systems on PDA’s and computer systems.
  • Yard administrators will spend most of the day outside in all weathers
  • Recording and booking in of Vehicles arriving on site
  • Occasional driving of cars to support compound drivers
    • What kind of person are we looking for
  • Someone with a full UK Driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences
  • This role would suit someone with strong administration background
  • Automotive administration background would be desirable but is certainly not essential.
  • Will need to have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
