You will join one of 10 local teams delivering youth work projects in either North Herts, Stevenage, East Herts, Broxbourne, Welwyn & Hatfield, St Albans, Dacorum, Watford, Three Rivers or Hertsmere.From delivering a diverse range of programmes includingindependent living skills and emotional wellbeing, to supporting young people in staying away from crime, anti-social behaviour and gang culture, to offering guidance on relationships and sexual health. Our Youth Support Workers make a real difference to theprospects of young people aged 11 to 17, particularly those facing challenges in their home life, education or local community. Youll help us deliver targeted prevention and early interventions, informal education opportunities and develop young peoplesskills. Its highly rewarding and flexible work.
