Job Description

With a second to none training scheme our client is offering a fast paced, varied role, you will need to be a confident communicator who is adept at dealing with internal and external customers.You will develop strong relationships to deliver exceptional customer service, be adept at working proactively and collaborating.You will be a key coordinator for all aspects of project planning and delivery.Concept to delivery project management• Act at a central point of contact, manage and update all project information accurately.• Collaborate and support project manager in all aspects of the project from stock booking to quotation to return.• Work closely with internal teams, freight forwarders and our procurement team to prepare international shipping paperwork• Use our stock management system to enter and maintain all resource requirements for equipment and transport.Project resource management and coordination• Be able to put together a suggested list of stock based on the clients project• Highlight and pro-actively address equipment shortages. Liaise and build relationships with third party suppliers, consider all trading variables when organising sub-hires. Ensure the best deal is secured for the company.Client Relationship and Account Management• Find and develop opportunities to develop new relationships and with experience potential future clients.Personal attributes, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:Essential• Background in the hire or rental market• Excellent stock management skills• Excellent communication and organisational skills• Technically minded creative thinker with diagnostic problem-solving abilities• Relationship builder and team player• Flexible and the ability to adapt and overcome challenges.• Intermediate level Microsoft 365
