Job Description

Workspace EngineerLocation: London, UK Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Workspace Engineer, reporting to the Head of End User Services within our Digital & Technology division. Youll play a vital role in enhancing workplace experience by resolving IT issues, implementing newsolutions, and supporting project work. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd line support across multiple technologies, including desktop, unified communications, networking, Citrix, and meeting room technology (AVVC).
  • Investigate and resolve incidents and problems, ensuring efficient operation and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues and stakeholders to implement project requirements and enhance services.
  • Create and maintain knowledge documents, change requests, and processes and procedures.
Core Skills and Knowledge:
  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of modern workplace solutions, including M365, email technologies, print solutions, and security processes.
  • Experience with Citrix, Azure services, and meeting room technology.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and work independently.
  • Technical depth and breadth across multiple areas of IT.
Additional Information:
  • This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position, with the potential for extension.
  • Pension: 10% non-contributory pension.
  • Immediate start date.
