You will support the Building Manager with the day-to-day provision and coordination of front of house customer/building services andoffice management, with additional responsibility for a professional business support and administration service to the Building Manager and all-round support to visiting senior management and Directors.This role, within the Building Management team, places a particular emphasis on ensuring a high quality service and people first experience for all the customers and users of the building and its facilities. You will do this by carrying out a proactive serviceto visitors, ensuring offices are configured correctly, that documentation is available and that local travel is coordinated. You will also coordinate all catering requirements for visitors and office users.PLEASE NOTE: This role is a 29 hour contract working Monday to Thursday, 8am-4pmFor more information please download our job profile available on our website.More about youWe are looking for someone who is customer focussed and who understands what best in class service means. Ideally you will have experience of working in management of busy commercial office environments and providing high quality customer support to seniormanagers and delivering an excellent business support/administration service. You will be confident and be comfortable communicating at all levels.
