The HSE Co-Ordinator will provide operational excellence and customer focus, whilst ensuring Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes.Client DetailsThe client is a global professional body for those working in Property. The client establishes and enforces standards for valuing, operating and developing real estate and property.DescriptionThe Key responsibilities include:- Manage HSE- Energy management- Audits- Compliance- Update and maintain risk register- Coordinate and facilitate home worker and blended worker audits- Assist in checks to ensure that all departments are following approved procedures according to internal audit programmes.- Monitor property portfolio safety on a daily basis through past and projected indicators- Ensure all statues and regulations are being followed globally- Notify workplace manager on all HSE risks- Manage the development of HSE risk assessment and advise, train and develop all employees in line with current health and safety legislation and promote best practice- Arrange and maintain HSE notices as appropriate throughout the global premise and for homeworkers- Complete HSEQ questionnaires and support audits- Monitor and report company carbon footprint objectives- Develop and maintain serious incident protocols/response- Define and deploy H+S performance reporting arrangements and metrics- Conduct DSE assessment and follow up on occupation health recommendations for safe and healthy working environments.- Complete and work with the team on ad hoc Projects. I.e. Insurance Renewals, Workplace Monitoring, Data Reporting, System RenewalsProfileThe successful candidate obtains- 2 Years experience working in a HSEQ Coordinator role or equivalent- Ideally a NEBOSH qualification or IOSH qualification- Strong communication skills- Ability to start in Jan or February- A strongly self-motivated individual posessing a can do attitude and a drive to learn- Positive and outgoing- Competent with software packages- Willing to be able to take on responsibilities- Adaptable- ProactiveJob OfferA 6 month fixed term contractA competitive day rate of £140 total payOpportunity to be trained by senior management working closely with.Admin based positionFriendly team and flexibility with work hours
