We are currently partnering with a leading global technology organisation, in their search for a Workforce Planning & People Analytics Director.In the role you will be responsible for delivering critical business insights to CEO/CFO/CHRO as well as other senior stakeholders, enabling them to make better decisions using people and financial metrics.You will own the business intelligence tool and will provide insights that will support transformation programmes as well as M&A activity, with a particular focus on Talent Data, People Data and Performance Data.The role will be responsible for leading a team and excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills are essential.Knowledge, skills, and personal qualities required
