Fixed 18 month ContractThe Royal College of Ophthalmologists ensures that the highest achievable standards of eye care are delivered for patients through excellence in the training, education and assessment of eye doctors and their continuing professional development.The College is currently seeking a Workforce Manager to provide coordination and delivery of projects to improve the quality and increase the scope of workforce data to inform development of its workforce strategy. The Workforce Manager will be responsible for taking a lead in workforce knowledge, including data gathering and analysis to advise organisation wide strategic development and communications.The successful candidate will be someone who can work flexibly with a varied workload, is well organised and can network well with workforce counterparts to keep up to date with data collection and reporting methodologies.
