Job Description

A global airline company currently requires a Workforce Insight Analyst to join them on a permanent basis in their Heathrow office. To coordinate the gathering and analysis of workforce data in order to satisfy mandatory disclosure requirements and other external / internal reporting needs. This will entail working across all areas to develop the metrics, definitions and data templates required to enable meaningful and accurate workforce reporting for all employees.Accountabilities

  • Collation and preparation of workforce data required to complete the annual non-financial information statement alongside the annual report & accounts
  • Collation and preparation of workforce data required to complete external surveys and other specific requirements including (but not limited to): Workforce Disclosure Initiative (WDI), Bloomberg Equality Index, EcoVadis
  • Coordinating the effective and timely collation and analysis of workforce data from the individual OpCos across the Group to ensure that all relevant employee data is included
  • Work with the OpCos to advance information gathering and build consensus on workforce measures, improving accuracy and reliability of data and improving processes for data capture and reporting
  • Maintain the Diversity Dashboard and ensure that regular updates are available to meet MC and Board deadlines
  • Develop and maintain the Culture Dashboard and ensure that regular updates are available to meet MC and Board deadlines
  • Maintain the People Dashboard to ensure that relevant charts and reports are updated monthly
  • Support Succession Planning and produce summary reports for senior management, MC and Board as required
  • Provide information and analysis to support decision-making as required by senior management Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced data collation, analysis skills including use of spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel)
  • Able to achieve results from virtual teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Capable of handling multiple work streams, whilst prioritising appropriately and dynamically
  • Strong written and verbal communication with ability to simplify complex technical information into a clearer format
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Spanish speaking an advantage
