Day-to-Day System Support (Approx. 40% of Your Time):- Manage the daily support of People systems, including Workday.- Handle 2nd line process queries.- Perform system and security administration tasks.- Troubleshoot business process issues.2. Data and Analytic Requirements (Approx. 40% of Your Time):- Collaborate with the wider People Team and their business areas to understand and document their data and analytic requirements.- Determine the best method for delivering these requirements within Workday reporting features or through an external reporting layer.- Oversee the delivery of these requirements.3. System Configuration Changes (Approx. 20% of Your Time):- Support the delivery of larger system configuration changes.- Review new system features and functionalities.- Assist in the implementation of the people systems roadmap to bring new benefits and efficiencies to the People Team and the broader organization.Qualifications and Skills:The ideal candidate may not necessarily come from a technology background but should be comfortable with technology and eager to learn and understand how systems operate. A significant part of the role involves communicating with individuals who may have limitedtechnical knowledge.
