The Workday HCM Core Lead Consultant will for part of the HR team, focusing on the talent, learning, and recruitment modules. This role comes with the flexibility of working on a hybrid basis and ample opportunitiesfor both vertical and horizontal growth.As the Workday HCM Core Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for HCM Core support, relationship management, configurations, data quality, implementation, and reporting. You as the Workday HCM Core Lead Consultant will provide support for the core HCM functionalities within Workday system, ensuring issue resolution, phase X implementations, and enhancements.As a Workday HCM Core Lead Consultant, your role will involve configuring and optimizing the core HCM features of a Workday. This includes aligning them with the HR requirements and improving data visibility.
