Work Based Learning Administrator £18,158 - £19,302 per annum, pro rata 37 hours per week We would also consider part time/job share applications. 52 weeks per annum Abingdon Campus Permanent Start date 2nd August 2021 An exciting opportunity has arisento join the apprenticeship team at Abingdon and Witney College. The successful candidate will be required to provide general administrative support to the apprenticeship team. Duties will include but are not exhausted to, the set up and administration of learnerfiles, starts, registration and certification, as well as organising training rooms and preparing and distributing joining instructions for apprentices who are attending training. You will be required to update and monitor the central databases and systemsused to ensure that the apprenticeship team runs effectively and provide general administrative support to other staff working on the apprenticeship contract. The successful candidate will be able to provide outstanding customer service at all times, willhave excellent communication skills and be able to pay close attention to detail. Experience in using Microsoft applications such as word and excel are essential. This post will be based at the Colleges Abingdon campus 5 days per week, so you should alsobe confident when working independently in a busy office. The ideal candidate would have experience and understanding of apprenticeship provision. Job share is an option so candidates will be considered on a full time or part time basis.
