Your role will involve conducting thorough assessments, identifyingsuitable support, and providing advice on a range of issues to individuals in difficult circumstances. You will take ownership of client cases, prioritise their needs, and manage their expectations, ensuring a positive client journey. Your responsibilitieswill also include managing referrals, conducting casework reviews, and contributing to the grant application process.
