The one thing they all have in common is that they seek to challenge the status quo, are imaginative and have the ability to offer a fresh perspective.We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamicWebsite Product Manager join ourMarketingand Communicationsteam on a permanent contract, who will report to the Head of Digital Delivery.Were looking for a determined and curious individual who will manage our client-facing websites across all segments and geographic locations.You will be responsiblefor managing our web development pipeline; gathering business requirements and working with developers and the business to ensure that the product is fit-for-purpose. You will also be responsible for our organisations approach to SEO, from both a technicaland a content (advice) perspective and keeping up to date with industry best practice for website UX, functionality and features.From time to time you will consult on campaigns and projects to lead on web and UX elements.You will be supported by an ambitiousteam with a high level of digital interest, designers, developers, a content publishing associate and specialist agencies.Primary responsibilities:Manage ongoing website development; including gathering and documenting requirements, communicating to developers,and ensuring adequate QA and testing is in placeAssemble and manage new websites and mid-level to complex webpages within the CMS (Jahia)Manage workflow with internal digital design and development teamsUse data, analytics and user experience expertise tosuggest improvements to the websitesOversee website publishing and development processesDevelop web performance reporting to compare our success to that of our competitorsDisseminate web performance insights and content trends to various business unitsAssistthe Content Publishing Associate and Email Specialist during busy timesImplement our SEO technical requirements, alongside developersDevelop a working understanding of other digital marketing properties; namely Seismic, Pardot, ON24, Salesforce, to assistother team members during busy times (you will be supported similarly)Desired profile:At least 3+ years of experience as a web product manager in financial services marketing role or in digital-first global companies Proven experience defining product specifications,creating website roadmaps, acting as a product manager, and working directly with engineering teams.Proven experience with an always-on SEO (technical and content) strategyExperience with large, multi-product, multilingual websitesStrong project and programmanagement, with the ability to set goals, effectively prioritize activities based on impact, and thrive in a high-growth environment.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously with strong attention to detail.Fluency in English (any other languagea plus)If you recognise yourself in this description, then please do apply.
