You will analyse existing government portal services and other UK portals that include housing and planning data, establish user needs, investigate data sharing, identify opportunities that will support our digital roadmap, identify possible delivery partners that would be able to own and manage the portal and service long term and provide a cost analysis.Responsibilities:
