Position Description: Position Overview Over the past 24+ months, PIMCO has undergone a global digital transformation and is now operating a robust platformto deliver and measure our digital marketing activities throughout EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing digital team who values creativity, innovative solutions and best practices. RESPONSIBILITIESWeb Content Management: editing,publishing and managing online content including setting personalization logic and applying SEO practices using SiteCore CMS systemWeb Maintenance: Maintenance and optimisation of the corporate websites,blog and internal document platforms across EMEA includingadding and updating content, identifying and implementing site enhancementsProject work - Working with the VP, Digital Marketing and Global digital team on adhoc projects including but not limited to document migration, web re-platforming assignments andUAT review and sign off on behalf of stakeholders.Campaign Management: Create new and engaging landing pages and sections on the PIMCO EMEA websites, continually working to optimise existing content, increasing visits, presence, and maximising ROI. UX experienceis a plusManaging Ad Hoc Request:First point of contact for day to day website queries including bug reporting to Global Digital team or external tech vendorsSupervises and manages the day-to-day workload of digital communications via PIMCO Marketingchannels across website and social propertiesAssists the US and APAC teams as part of the global digital coverage modelBrand Management: Ensure consistent brand standards are deployed across the websites Position Requirements: POSITION REQUIREMENTS A minimum of three to five years experience in digital marketing, specifically website management and a working knowledge with multi-language, multi-regional website would be an advantage.Advanced user of CMS systems, ideally SitecoreGood understandingof SEO and applying best practice to new and existing contentProven track record of delivering and managing multi-channel marketing campaignsExperienced user of Google Optimize and ability to provide compelling insights from dataGood working knowledgeof HTML and CSSPrevious experience working in a corporate environment or financial services preferredKnowledge of Seismic an advantage but not compulsory PERSONAL COMPETENCIESPassion and enthusiasm for digital marketing and content managementSelf-starterwith excellent communication and relationship building skillsResilience and flexibility to work in a small regional team yet with many global stakeholdersFlourish in a challenging, fast-paced, professional environment with frequent shifts in prioritiesas business needs dictateExcellent time management and adherence to deadlines - plans work to ensure on-time delivery and manages client expectationsAbility to develop and apply new ideas, approaches and methods with an entrepreneurial spiritAttentionto detail and strong organisational skillsAbility to make creative contributions that influence campaignsStrong interpersonal skills at all organization levelsAble to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a busy environmentPossess a strong senseof honesty and integrityStrong project management skills, able to work across cultures and geographies Benefits: PIMCO is committed to offering a comprehensive portfolio of employee benefits designed to support the health and well-being of you and yourfamily.
