Review of new legislation Technical review of new legislation to help determine impact on Morgan Stanley. This may include: CRDV/ CRR2 related legislation impacting EU jurisdictions along with the national implementation of these regulations in Germany IFD / IFR related legislation impacting EU jurisdiction along with the national implementation of these regulations in France and Ireland Amendments to UK legislation on-shoring EU regulations New PRA / FCA rulebooks to be introduced post the finalisation of the Financial Services bill, including the implementation of CRR2 related requirements Proposals relating to CRDVI / CRR3 Support related project work
