Our client is a well-established and renowned non-for-profit organisation based in London. They are currently recruiting a Volunteer Manager to join their team and assist in managing, organising and developing their volunteer department. This role will involve working closely with various departments, managers and individuals. Duties will include:* To work with the Head of Community Engagement to deliver the vision and strategy for the Employee Volunteering Programme.* To develop an Employee Volunteering Programme that incorporates a wide range of opportunities in line with current market expectations for employee volunteering and fundraising opportunities.* To lead on the day-to-day business development of the Employee Volunteering Programme and be the primary contact for the corporate sector.* Develop and nurture relationships with volunteer fundraisers.* To work together with Major Donor Fundraisers on developing relationships with corporate sponsors.* To grow the involvement of the people we support in the delivery of the employee volunteering programme. * Take the lead on ensuring all corporate partners are fully engaged in the organisations work * To be responsible for the delivery of quarterly reporting and providing written reports as and when required.* To promote the Employee Volunteering Programme using varied media pathways.Candidates applying must have previous experience working within a Charity or Not for Profit organisation.
