By joining our exceptional Visitor Services team, you will play a pivotal role in creating an extraordinary experience.As a Warden, youll welcome visitors from around the world, answering their questions, enriching their visit and ensuring the safety and security of the site. After full training you’ll have the skills you need to excel in your position and to enjoy an extraordinarysummer experience.Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome visitors and provide them with information about our sites.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, always maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the visitors and the site.
  • Carry out a variety of duties along the visitor route, as well as working in the magnificent State Rooms.
  • Work collaboratively as a team to ensure the smooth flow of visitors along the route.
What You’ll Bring:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven team player, able to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Comfortable working on your feet, both indoors and outdoors.
