Job Description

As Ventures Lab, we are market leading sports betting anf gaming group operating in the online sector. With our proprietary platform and manages services, we help our partners build and expand their iGaming businesses around the world.With a strong presence in the iGaming sector cultivated through years of experience, we provide a full range of iGaming services and products to enable our partners to reach new heights.Through innovation and technology, we cover both Casino and Sports verticals through our gaming platform, including a variety of payment solutions, risk control systems, CRM and marketing tools.On top of the technology, we also cover managed services for various markets, VIP management, Business Intelligence, Bonus systems and 24x7 multilingual customer support.Currently, we are looking for you to join a fast-growing Norwegian team as a VIP Sales Associate.The main purpose of this role is account growth, retention, customer satisfaction for Norwegian customer network ensuring lifetime value by considering account needs, support, loyalty and risk.To deliver the best possible service you need to contact with customers via phone and conduct cold calls to reach new potential customers. Due to the nature of the business, this role involves working occasional non-office times (evenings and weekends) dependingon clients needs.Daily tasks involve creating VIP tailored promotional offers and analysing, optimising and reporting campaign performances.Who we are looking for

  • Have excellent Norwegian and English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Have a strong relationship ability with customers.
  • Have experience in Sales and Account Management (desirable).
  • Have an ability to understand customer needs and respond to them.
  • Have strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Be good with numbers and identifying trends/patterns.
  • Work with multiple systems and be a fast learner.
  • Enjoy challenges and find solutions to customer queries and problems.
*Sales Commission may be available upon experience.
