Job Description

The venues expansive outdoor market offers a diverse array of food options, transforming it into a delightful sun-drenchedoasis during summer months. To ensure comfort during the colder winter season, additional covers and heating are provided, making this a year-round destination of choice.About the Role:At Fire & Lightbox, we are currently on the lookout for fun-loving, friendly, and energetic Venue Support Staff to join our incredible team in the heart of Vauxhall. We seek individuals who are hardworking and reliable.Although based at the main site, you will be expected to work at all venues, various events and we may offer you day work as well. You will receive your rota two weeks in advance of your shift.You are to provide excellent customer service whilst having good product knowledge to assist customers and working to the procedures and policies as issued by the business.As a front of house employee for Fire & Lightbox, you will be representing the company and as such should do so in a professional light at all times.While experience is preferred, it is not an absolute requirement – Fire & Lightbox values enthusiasm and a keen willingness to learn.Key Responsibilities:
  • Stocking and restocking all bars
  • Cleaning the venue throughout your shift
  • Setting up smoking areas, dance floors, and entrances
  • Offering exceptional customer service to every guest
  • Adhering to Health and Safety laws, including manual lifting regulations
  • Collaborating effectively with fellow bar staff and supervisors
  • Demonstrating excellent time management and reliability
  • Receiving your weekly rota via email
Requirements:Applicants must be 18 years or older and possess the right to work in the UK. Availability to work weekends and nights is also crucial for this role.Providing excellent customer service is crucial to this role so you will need to have outstanding communication skills.
