Job Description

A Global Business is looking to hire a VAT Senior Manager.Responsibilities:

  • Lead a transformation project, moving the preparation of VAT returns from an on-shore to an off-shore team
  • Lead, motivate and develop a to be formed VAT compliance team
  • Complete all VAT filings and ensure that VAT returns are appropriately reviewed
  • Develop best practice to improve procedures around VAT compliance to reduce risk and errors
  • Advise on specific projects or new initiatives
Experience:
  • CTA/ ACA or equivalent
  • Experience of working with off-shore VAT compliance teams
  • Experience with Making Tax Digital, and VAT Compliance software
  • In-house experience with VAT accounting and compliance responsibilities preferred
