This diversity is one of the reasons we thrive and our inclusive, high-performance culture is recognised in our Glassdoor reviewsand overall score (4.6/5.0).We are looking for a talented UX Writer to work in a lean, collaborative manner to develop the language of the Soldo products. As a writer in Soldo, you will collaborate with product owners and other designers to understand and describe the user experiencethat Soldo develops for its customers.

  • Capture technical and product knowledge from the team, documenting, sharing, and making it easily accessible.
  • Create and maintain product guides and articles driving the product experience.
  • Be comfortable working cross-functionally with other teams to develop product/marketing contents and to tap into opportunities for content creation.
  • Create in-app UX microcopy across all Soldos products and other contents for our internal communications.
  • Review your work on copy and microcopy and define a plan to progressively update our apps to ensure consistency.
  • Advocate information hierarchy, craft storyboards and task flow to ensure content is always useful, on-brand and in line with our style guidelines.
  • Maintain best practices, guidelines, tone of voice, whilst promoting UX writing and copy strategy across the business.
  • Define, lead and own the workflow to translate the copy to multiple languages, ensuring the translations are accurate and maintain the original meaning and purpose.
  • Build knowledge across the team helping drive the understanding and importance of the right words across the organisation.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a similar role such as content copywriter, technical writing, product documentation
  • Knowledge and understanding of the UX principles and how to write copy for apps
  • Superior writing, editing, proofreading skills, and understanding of what creating online/digital content means- a strong grasp of spelling and grammar is essential
  • Portfolio of relevant writing/content strategy work
  • Comfortable switching between different writing styles: short and precise microcopy, persuasive and influential, editorial and narrative.

  • Full professional proficiency in Italian and other additional languages
  • Previous fintech experience and / or SaaS companies
