You will be embedded and collaborate with our application development team to design apps that are highly usable, to ensure a seamless shoppingexperience. You will have a keen interest in Interaction Design and able to take part in all areas of UX from Research, creating Wireframe Prototypes to High Fidelity designs.As UX/UI designer you will be joining an existing team of designers, product managers,analysts and stakeholders all working towards a common goalto create the best experiences for our online shoppers. Putting the customer first you will listen to user feedback, conduct usability tests and carefully analyse data to get a better understandingof our customerswho they are and what they need.Using this information, you will identify and design new opportunities to improve Holland & Barrett online, communicating all the requirements to our development team through wireframes and prototypes, whowill take your ideas and make them a reality.We promote remote working, but you may be asked to work onsite once or twice a month, depending on business needs. We have 2 base locations, our brand new office in London (Park Lane) or our original Nuneaton hub.*Responsibilities:**Developing the online customer experience to drive customer retention, conversion and satisfaction* Analysing various goals to map out user flows for current and new features* Using qualitative and quantitative data analysis to better inform decisions andpriorities* Building out wireframes and prototypes for user testing, AB testing and our agile development work streams* Working with our product managers to record all functional requirements for our developers* Communicating interaction design through technicallydetailed wireframes/prototypes* Understanding technical dependencies and requirements to help produce informed solutions* Ensuring Holland & Barrett is accessible for all users through best practice and user feedback* Maintaining and helping to shape our DesignSystem which aligns to the Holland & Barrett brand guidelines* UAT (user acceptance testing) for front-end changes achieved through our development work streams***Experience Required:** An understanding of ecommerce shopping behaviours and best practices inUX design* Experience in responsive design and ecommerce apps* Interest in interaction design* Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS* Ability to prototype & user test designs using Figma, Principle, Maze etc.* A good understandingof HTML5 & CSS3* Experience or an understanding of A/B and multivariate testing* Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate these to internal and external stakeholders* A positive and creative attitude to change* Meticulousattention to detail* An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating related experienceGet in touch and lets talk about who we are, what we want to achieve and what the future holds.
