UX Senior Manager - Integrated Services

Job Description

We are looking for a UX Senior Manager for our Integrated Services organisation - to be responsible for improving user experience and driving a user-centered mindset amongst leaders within IFS functions across the breadth of services provided. The UX Managerwill build Integrated Services user experience design capabilities, ensuring that end users are considered when developing the delivery strategy and processes. The UX Manager will play a key role in shaping Integrated Services approach to user experiencedesign through the development of best practice guidance to UX design principles and how to apply them to products and processes across the organisation.This position will form part of the Service Excellence Team within Integrated Services, reporting to theProcess and Service Excellence Lead and working alongside Process optimisation and Lean specialists. The UX Manager will improve the firm-wide employee experience through promoting user-centered process and product design across the breadth of services providedby our internal functions. The selected individual will build Integrated Services user experience design capabilities, ensuring that end users are always considered when developing the delivery strategy and processes.We are therefore seeking an experienceduser experience design professional with a track record of successfully building user-centered processes and digital products. The role will be part of the Service Excellence Team within Integrated Services, reporting to the Process and Service ExcellenceLead and working alongside Process optimisation and Lean specialists.The core responsibilities for this role will include: Defining best practice UX design principles and preparing a guide on how they can be applied consistently across the work of the IFSfunctions Promoting user-centered design within Integrated Solutions and the wider support organisation Working with the process optimisation specialist to redesign existing processes and products with the end user in mind, addressing existing user pain-pointsDesigning new user-centered processes and digital products as and when required Running user focus groups and gathering user requirements Defining personas and designing end-to-end user journeys and site maps Translating concepts into wireframes, prototypesand user flows using specialist tools Performing usability tests on new and existing offerings, identifying and recommending improvements Leading small teams on internal projects and coaching colleagues through informal conversations and training Keeping connectedwith the Experience Consulting part of the firm to ensure thought leadership and best practices are being applied throughout the support functionsExperience Required: Experience working cross-functionally to build a user-centric culture Experience designingprocesses and digital products with users experience in mind Experience in mapping user journeys, running focus groups and workshops and gathering business requirements Experience leading small teams, delegating responsibilities and coaching more juniorsteam members Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows using specialist tools such as Axure, InVision, Marvel, OmniGraffle, Visio and Sketch, as well as the Adobe product suite Experience in performing usability tests for digital productsExperience working with technical development teams, clearly articulating user requirementsNational - The Integrated services organisation is anticipated to be dispersed and as our Firm embraces a hybrid working model the location of this role is flexible.It is expected however that some travel will be required to our major hub offices - London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Belfast.
