Job Description

UX DESIGNER£550 - £600 Inside IR35Remote SURREYWe currently have an urgent requirement for an experienced UX Designer to join our client, a leading UK insurance company.You will play a key part in delivering multiple large scale digital projects, designing new products and optimising existing products.Experience/Skills Required

  • Strong UX Design experience roles gained within Insurance working on large transformational projects. Experience with improving and optimising claims journeys is highly desired.
  • Experience working within a cross functional team in a Scrum environment.
  • Excellent organisation skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in project priorities.
  • Experience with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro etc
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design rationale
  • Experience in insight driven design (product analytics, MVTs and user research and usability testing
  • Experience of designing end-to-end cross-channel services
