What Were Looking For:
  • A collaborative approach to user experience design that engages the wider team for high-output success.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to interpret data and conduct research to identify opportunities for improving user experiences.
  • Customer-centric decision-making skills.
  • Persuasive speaking, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, design sprints, and other collaborative sessions to solve customer problems.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong user focus to deliver products and services that customers love.
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver value to the business and customers.
  • Experience in customer-oriented user experience design projects and relevant tools (Sketch/Figma).
  • Development and documentation of ideas, flows, designs, and propositions to engage customers.
  • Planning, running, analyzing, and reporting on user research sessions.
  • Validating hypotheses through user-testing.
  • Strategic problem-solving and analytical/critical thinking skills.
  • Experience working with Tech and Commercial stakeholders.
  • A/B and multivariate testing processes, information architecture, user journey mapping, conversion rate optimization, etc.
  • Knowledge of Lean UX, Lean start-up, and Design Thinking.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for building web pages.
  • Familiarity with persuasion, emotion, trust psychology, and cognitive biases.
