User Interface Designer / UI Consultant - UI Design, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Axure, Wireframes, SAAS, Web Portals. Permanent, City of London (Hybrid Working, 3 days per week in office). £70k - £75k +Bonus +Benefits Global Insurance company seeks User Interface Designer/UI Consultant to help deliver the next generation of its internal and external facing SAAS and Web Portals through the delivery of exceptional User Interface design with high quality, corporate design. Working closely with a leading outsource partner who will help devise the design system you will work with existing brand strategy and develop robust user interface designs across multiple products using a graphical design approach. The User Interface Designer / UI Consultant will work closely with UX Consultants and BAs to engage business level stakeholders and run workshops to elicit requirements, undertake on-the-fly sketch work and begin to build thoughts and ideas which will eventuallybecome Wireframes and subsequent Graphical User Interface Designs / High Fidelity Designs. The main focus of this role is the delivery of User Interfaces for Website, SAAS, Web Portals and Mobile Apps. You will also play a part in the UX process and may assistin the task flow/user journey design using Illustrator and/or Axure, although the company are agnostic in their approach to tool-set and welcome input in this area. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative mind to join a stable organisation and play a key role in the creative design and development of a broad range of web based desktop applications, the multiple variants of dashboards for various level of managementas well as mobile interfaces utilised by a public audience. A range of contemporary tools will be employed to achieve UI Design including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects etc. The mix of tools to be used can be specified by you We are searching for a Web Designer / User Interface Designer / Graphic Designer who has gained experience within digital agency environments who have worked with multi-national corporate companies with large customer bases; alternatively you may have beenworking in-house for a corporate entity in a similar role or indeed for one of the large consultancies. You will be capable of delivering insight driven designs and possess conceptual and creative design skills which enable you to deliver high quality UserInterfaces across web, and mobile applications (Android & iOS). You will be a creative individual who possesses the ability to sketch ideas and user journeys, task flow diagrams and initial wireframes by hand which can later be firmed up using the contemporary tools. Creative Suite will be the core tool for User InterfaceDesign and you will be comfortable using these programmes. The successful candidate will furthermore be comfortable engaging stakeholders, playing a part in workshops and working in a creative design studio. You may be looking to retain your creative style/abilitiesbut keen to work in a stable, corporate company albeit within a dynamic design studio environment.
