User Experience Designer / UX Consultant - UX Consultancy, CX Consultancy, User Journeys, User Stories, Wireframes, Web/Mobile UX. Permanent, City of London / Hybrid (3 days per week in office). £70k - £75k +Bonus +Benefits Global Insurance company seeks User Experience Designer / UX Consultant to help deliver the next generation of its internal and external facing SAAS and Web Portals through the delivery of well-developed User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX) design. Working closely with a leading outsource partner who will help devise the design system you will work with both internal and 3rd party teams to develop user journeys, task flow development, scenario visualisation etc whilst undertaking usability testing andother related tasks to create exceptional user and customer experiences across a range of web and mobile applications. Working as part of the project team (UI Designers, BAs, Application Developers, Front End Developers etc) you will engage technical and business level stakeholders and work with technical teams prior to creating user journeys, wireframes and prototypes. Creationof user experience journeys, scenario visualisation including sketch work, prior to creating wireframes will be the starting point of each Sprint (Agile/Scrum) leading into the design of engaging User Interfaces for a corporate market. We require creativecustomer experience / user experience development input with an underlying corporate business style. Once UX functionality and UI Designs have been agreed you will work with the web/software developers to ensure the user interfaces are as required but also meet user experience and functionality expectations. A range of contemporary tools will be used acrossboth UXD and UI Design including Photoshop, Illustrator and Axure for Wireframing. We are searching for a User Experience Designer / UX Consultant / CX Designer who has gained experience within digital agency environments who have worked with multi-national corporate companies with large customer bases; alternatively you may have been workingin-house for a corporate entity in a similar role or indeed for one of the large consultancies. You will be capable of delivering insight driven designs and possess conceptual and creative design skills which enable you to deliver high quality User Interfacesacross web, and mobile applications (Android & iOS). You will be a user focussed individual who possesses the ability to sketch ideas and user journeys, task flow diagrams and initial wireframes by hand which can later be firmed up using the contemporary tools. Creative Suite will be the core tool for User InterfaceDesign and you will be comfortable using these programmes. The successful candidate will furthermore be comfortable engaging stakeholders, playing a part in workshops. You will be able to take a data led approach and provide appropriate documentation as required.
