Our client is one of the largest independent service providers of critical power maintenance to data centres, telecommunications, hospitals and all other companies that require uninterruptible power for their business to operate.They are now recruiting UPS Field Service Engineers, based in or around London. Your job will be to provide maintenance on all makes and models of the various components of critical power systems such as Vertiv-Liebert, Schneider-MGE-APC, Eaton-Powerware, Mitsubishi,Toshiba, Chloride or Socomec.You must have advanced engineering techniques in order to resolve diverse problems in the UPS system using troubleshooting methods and techniques. Responsibilities* Maintain and install Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) equipment and necessary tools to perform efficiently at clients sites* Perform Annual Preventive Maintenance Inspections, as well as Upgrade and Emergency Services as required* Create customized reports for existing and new clients* Identify and solve diverse Systems troubleshooting* Participate in the testing process and ensure the successful implementation and use of UPS tools* Provide and carry out recommendations for modifications as requiredRequired Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
