We are looking for aUniform Room Attendantto join the team as part of Caprice Holdings.Working as aCloakroom Supervisorwithin our Restaurants will give you exposure to a busy, high volume dining operation.Must be very organised and preferably have an eye forstyling. Good with people.Reporting to uniform room manager, directed by head officeuniform team.Main duties;Presenting staff members with their correctuniform and accessories when they arrive for their shift and signing out eachpiece to staff for accountabilityChecking over staff uniform and personalpresentation before they start on the floor each shift and enforcing uniformand aesthetic standardsCollecting in uniforms at the end of shifts andsigning pieces back inChecking over pieces for damage and lossesReporting and logging damages and losses to URmanagerOrganising dry-cleaning rota and ensuring necessarypieces are tended to by cleanersOrganising repairs and alterations withseamster/ tailorOrganising collection, ensuring it is kept tothe highest standard, steamed and presentable for serviceEnsuring accessories are returned after everyshift and remain good for use for as long as possibleStaying on top of stock quantities and orderingwhen stock is depletingUsing initiative to overcome last minute hurdles/ events etc and unexpected changes in plans.Enforcing uniform and presentation rules andescalating with UR manager if necessarySupporting in new staff training duringonboardingOurCloakroom Supervisorenjoy these benefits:
