Our client, a leading international insurer and reinsurer is looking for two Underwriting Team Leaders to join the Business Support area of their Operations Department.As a Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team of underwriting assistants supporting multiple lines of business within an underwriting division. The primary objective of the teams is to ensure risks and any amendments to those risks writtenare processed onto the system in an accurate and timely manner - and as the Team Leader you will monitor and guide UAs in meeting their administrative requirements and report on performance both to the team members, underwriting teams and management.This market leading organisation is inviting applications from candidates with Team Leadership or Supervisory experience gained within the Lloyds / London Insurance Markets. They would also consider Senior Underwriting Assistants that have had some experienceof training or mentoring more junior members of staff.Binding Authorities and Bordereaux experience would be highly beneficial in relation to one of these roles
