Underwriter Administrator & SupportAn insurance company based in the City of London is seeking a candidate that is either working within insurance as an underwriter administrator or has experience in accounts, office finance and good numerical skills.This role would suit a person that is eventually looking to forge a career in underwriting but initially the role is a support function.Recently graduated A-level students with excellent grades within mathematics/finance and IT will also be considered.You will be managing detailed information working on rating models, processing bordereaux, shadowing underwriters and helping operations with processing. If you are unfamiliar with this type of work, you will be trained.My client is looking to pay between £20-£25k depending on qualifications, passion and experience. The role is 3 days based in the office and 2 days at home.You should be a confident and proficient user of the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) and have excellent mathematical skills.Overview:
