Job Description

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a finance professional to join the UKs fastest growing FMCG business as their UK Head of Finance.The UK Head of Finance will work with the EMEA team to develop the right financial processes for the UK, drive cost efficiencies whilst maintaining and facilitating the continued hyper growth. This business has growing from a fledgling brand to a category leading £70M business in the UK, health and sustainability are at the core of their mission.Over the last 5 years this business has quickly become a household name, they compete in the free from category and have a number of key products across varying sub-categories with plans to continue to strengthen their position within their core categories and new ones.This role will quickly become a senior leadership figure in the business, both in domestically and internationally so experience of managing and leading a team is desirable.You will have

  • Experience in FMCG industry and/or manufacturing, Plan Accountant experience preferred Chilled experience is a plus as well as understanding their WER retail landscape/dynamics.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of finance experience of increasing responsibility
  • Broad experience in the finance function: commercial business planning, accounting, control, treasury, consolidation, M&A, reporting
  • Strong experience with trade spend, customer P&Ls, revenue mgt, driving productivity
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
  • Solid technical accounting skills
  • Proven experience working in a matrixed organisation with multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Global experience and outlook with an understanding of the nuances and unique dynamics of a global organization with effective localization
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to balance fact-based detail orientation with intuitive logical approach
  • Customer service focus and orientation coupled with strong cross-functional approach
  • High level of proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
