An experienced House Manager with top all round ability required for this charming UHNW family residence in Kensington. Excellent experience within Hospitality/event planning; organising and assisting of social and family events as well as the normal HouseManager duties and overseeing the smooth running of the household and staff the role with include: Overseeing wine cellar & inventory with an understanding of fine wine/dining Overseeing the work of contractors Carrying-out minor general repairs within the property Management of security and alarm system and arranging the servicing of such Management of swimming pool, gym and lift Maintenance/upkeep of vehicles and motorcycles Ad hoc driving/chauffeur related duties; driving to meetings, shopping, airport and school runs Regular interaction with principles to maintain direct communication & compliance of requirements Running household and personal errands Management and organisation of storage Working closely with other household staff and PAs and assisting where necessary Care of 2 family dogsQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Experience in household and property/project management Knowledge of etiquette and protocol Experience of service of fine wine and food Ability to represent the household Valeting skills, knowledge of vehicles, full clean UK driving licence. Motorcycle license a pro, however notessential Ability to anticipate others wishes and adapt as necessary Experience in delivery of a discreet, confidential and unobtrusive service Excellent personal management, interpersonal and communication skills Confident, reliable, organised, professional, efficient, discreet, loyal and autonomous Flexible and adaptable with an eye for detail Flexible approach to schedule and working hours/Prepared to work up to 3 weekends a month with 2days off a week
