Job Description

Our client, a growing travel-tech startup is seeking a Trip Designer to join their team.This company creates a range of group travel brands including wellness, sport and food and drink. You will be responsible for creating all components of the trip fromsourcing and contracting suppliers to being the first point of contact for any issues or incidents. This is a fully remote position with a salary of £30,000.Trip Designer responsibilities:

  • Source travel quotes from suppliers to create bespoke itineraries
  • Design group travel itineraries including hotels, activities, suppliers, transportation and meals
  • Manage the client experience from initial trip design through planning, to pricing and sales, ensuring profitability, client satisfaction, and retention
  • Negotiate rates and terms with hotels, DMCs and other suppliers to ensure quality and value
  • Research new destinations for development
Trip Designer requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a group travel role
  • Familiarity with the US travel market and strong knowledge around North American, Caribbean, and Central American destinations preferred
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Experience with HubSpot, Monday.com, Google Drive, and Slack preferred
