A fast growing and acquisitive property logisitics organisation is looking for a Treasury Manager to join their Back Office Group Treasury function in Central London.The Treasury Manager (Systems) will be responsible for leading the Treasury Systems team as well as managing and developing the Treasury Analysts and project consultants working in the function. Ideally you demonstrate exemplary analytical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects.This role will be challenging, demanding and rewarding. On top of this, there will be ample opportunity for learning and progression in a fantastic organisation that has been perfoming extremely well in the current climate and continues to grow within the Real Estate and Property Logistics industry.Key Role Functions:* Management of the systems treasury team, including up to 2 Treasury Analysts and project consultants* Project Management lead* Produce Treasury systems budget inclusive of all related costs* Strengthen the control environment and drive change through continuous process improvements* Responsibility, oversight and control of the Treasury Management System* Management of all data feed reporting, ensuring all data is imported to the TMS accurately* Management of the Electronic Bank Account Management (EBAM) platform* End to end management of all SWIFT and payment file related maintenance* Main point of contact for report writing on the TMS* Setting up of cash pools and future virtual accounts for POBO/COBOKey Skills:* Strong management capabilities and a proven track record to lead a team, as well as be a strong team player by working collaboratively* Direct technical experience working with Treasury Management Systems, systems integrations, SWIFT and various payment files such as PAIN 002, CAMT 053, and all SWIFT messaging* Bachelors degree (Preference for Finance or Economics) with strong academic results* Hold (or be studying towards), a professional Treasury qualification with sound experience within a Finance or Corporate Treasury environment* Excellent Excel skills (ideally with experience with Macros/ VBA)* Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure to multiple tight deadlines* The ability to manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholder relationships* Proven capability to project manage and deliver results efficientlyFor the full job description please apply.
