A leading Lloyds of London insurance business, specialising in commercial insurance and reinsurance products is looking for an Treasury Assistant to join them in their London based office. As part of the accounts payable and expense team, the role wouldsee you supporting the business to ensure all payments are processed and delivered in a timely manner.Key duties of this role include:* All payments are processed efficiently and accurately by checking the documentation and completing verification of bank accounts* Data entry to the treasury payment log in order to support the payment flow process and payment approvals* Uploading BACS/Thrupay/SEPA payment files to various banking portals* Man the treasury mailbox to ensure excellent customer service in response to queries from internal and external stakeholders alike* Adherence to any relevant regulatory requirementsRequired skills:* Experience / work experience within a similar role* Exposure to banking systems* Strong communication skills* Ability to think analytically & problem solve* Attention to detail & accuracy* Good numeracy and reconciliation skills, strong communication skillsIn return, you will get the opportunity to hit off your career working for one of the market leaders in the insurance space and the opportunity for long term progression.
