Job Description

We are currently collaborating with an exceptional SME bank based in the City of London, consistently receiving great feedback from all the candidates we have placed into roles there over the years.They are seeking an individual to join their transitions team. The Transition Management team ensures the timely receipt of all necessary documentation, liaising with the Sales Team, Client Relationship Management, and other relevant departments within thecompany.Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring that variations in service or non-standard service requirements are brought to the attention of the Transition Manager and the operations staff.
  • Organizing and attending client visits, documenting call reports and meetings, and identifying and addressing any issues arising from the transition process.
  • Ensuring the timely and complete receipt of all documentation required for the onboarding of new business.
  • Ensuring all documentation is authorized, complete, and in place prior to the live date.
  • Preparing and sending documentation to clients, such as regulatory or notification documentation.
  • Coordinating the completion of legal documentation.
Previous banking experience is essential, and experience in custody or client services is advantageous. In return, they offer a salary between £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits, a bonus, and a hybrid working model.
