Job Description

Transformation Programme Manager London - Hybrid - Up to £90k per annum DOEOur well-respected Legal client are looking to revolutionize the legal sector within a newly created Business Transformation team working on multiple workstreams with an emphasis on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and sustainability.The ideal candidate will have come from a legal or professional services background that can demonstrate end-to-end delivery of programmes, strong programme management experience and have be comfortable speaking to high-level stakeholders across the business.Job Description - Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to map out and implement transformation programme plans.
  • Develop change management plans in adoption of new technologies and advancements.
  • Provide leadership to cross-functional teams ensuring successful execution of initiatives
  • Lead medium to large-scale projects with effective governance.
  • Hand-on experience with transformation projects of high complex whilst assessing risks and mitigation.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proven Programme Management experience of 5 years +
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work multiple project workstreams at once.
  • Knowledge of IT trends.
  • A keen interest in AI and emerging technologies beneficial
  • Legal sector experience is highly desired however, will consider professional services.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Agile PM Practitioner or Agile Prince2 Practitioner certified.
