This is an exciting opportunity for a "Transformation Lead" or "Programme Director" to work on a S4HANA implementation for a retail business in London on a 18 Month FTC. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end ERP implementation and Merchandising experience.The Workstream Lead is responsible for overseeing specific business areas within the ERP replacement programme, ensuring that the ERP system meets the business requirements and follows standardized processes. Youll play a critical role in the design, build,and test phases of the project.To be successful in this role, the roleholder needs to have a strategic mindset and effective communication skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the ERP systems functionality aligns with the business needs.In addition, you should have a blend of technical expertise, business knowledge, and leadership skills to be able to navigate the complexities of the ERP implementation programme during delivery.
