Using proprietary cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights, they are dedicated to enhancing the convenience, security, and efficiency of electronic payments for individuals globally.Transformation Director – The Role:- As the Transformation Director for Robotic Process Automation, you will be responsible for enhancing customer experiences and results, driving productivity, and supporting growth in a fast-paced organisation- You will play a crucial role in delivering operational process excellence across the group by identifying improvement opportunities that have the most significant impact on customer experiences- You will operate across various teams to deliver improvements with RPA at the heart of your activitiesTransformation Director – Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of business operations, identifying opportunities for improvement that have the greatest impact on customer and colleague experience- Identify weaknesses in existing procedures at all levels of the organization.
