Using proprietary cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights, they are dedicated to enhancing the convenience, security, and efficiency of electronic payments for individuals globally.Transformation Director – The Role:- As the Transformation Director for Robotic Process Automation, you will be responsible for enhancing customer experiences and results, driving productivity, and supporting growth in a fast-paced organisation- You will play a crucial role in delivering operational process excellence across the group by identifying improvement opportunities that have the most significant impact on customer experiences- You will operate across various teams to deliver improvements with RPA at the heart of your activitiesTransformation Director – Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of business operations, identifying opportunities for improvement that have the greatest impact on customer and colleague experience- Identify weaknesses in existing procedures at all levels of the organization. Create and implement solutions using lean, process improvement, and automation techniques- Collaborate across functions to ensure the development of efficient and scalable end-to-end processes that prioritize automation- Collaborate with process and technology owners to establish requirements that support process changes- Oversee our Process Optimization Network (PON) activities to maximize output while minimizing resource utilization- Diagram business processes from start to finish, both as they currently exist and as they could be optimized- Document systems and processes to provide a unified view of the customer journey- Maintain a catalogue of the group’s operational processes and manage version control- Perform post-deployment analysis, monitoring, and controls- Lead the day-to-day development of our Zendesk system and its use across all teams to facilitate workflow and straight-through processing- Develop strategies for implementing self-service and customer handling automation, utilizing omni-channel approaches- Serve as a prominent advocate for continuous operational improvements and stay up-to-date on emerging automation opportunitiesTransformation Director – Benefits:- On-site gym, chef, barrister, and games room- 10% matched pension contribution- 30 days holiday plus bank holidays- Extensive wellness programme- Hybrid working- Healthcare for family- Life insurance- Extensive access to training and development- Excellent bonus scheme paying out at highest levelsTo submit your CV for this exciting Transformation Director - Robotic Process Automation opportunity, please click ‘Apply’ now!
